I, MRS ELIZABETH OLAJUMOKE BENDEL, a female, Christian, adult, account Clerk and Nigeria citizen residing at No. 137, Awofeso Drive, Lafia, Nassarawa State, make oath and states as follows:

• I am the deponent to this affidavit.
• I am the Investigating Police Officer in the case against Jimoh Fata, the accused person in this case.
• The Senior State Counsel prosecuting this case informed me and I verily believe him on the following facts;
• he has prepared the charges against the accused person which is attached to this affidavit and marked EXHIBIT A.
• the list of witnesses to be called during trial hereby attached and marked EXHIBIT B are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information and belief.
• The proof of evidence hereby attached and marked EXHIBIT C are correct to the best of my knowledge and information.
• I make this oath in good faith, conscientiously believing same to be true and correct in accordance with the Oath Act currently in force.
