AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF MOTION ON NOTICE
I, Emeka Nwosu, female, Christian, Nigerian citizen, businesswoman of No. 65, Agric Oke-Aro, Ikorodu, Lagos, do hereby make oath and state as follows:
- I am the Defendant/Applicant in the Suit herein.
- I have since been served with the judgement of the proceedings which awards the sum of N500,000.00 damages in my favour against the judgement debtor.
- I have reacted to the said judgement by taking out the appropriate writ to enforce the judgement
- The movable property of the judgement debtor cannot satisfy the debt except for his personal clothing and tools of his trade.
- I am aware the judgement debtor has a four duplex property situate at No.1 Okonkwo Street, Obalende, Lagos within jurisdiction of this court.
- This application is necessary to completely enforce the judgement give by this Honourable Court.
- I make this affidavit in good faith believing the contents to be true and correct and in accordance with the Oath law.
