I, Emeka Nwosu, female, Christian, Nigerian citizen, businesswoman of No. 65, Agric Oke-Aro, Ikorodu, Lagos, do hereby make oath and state as follows:

• I am the Appellant/Applicant in the Suit herein
• I have since been served with the judgement of the proceedings which awards the sum of N500,000.00 damages against me as the judgement debtor.
• I have reacted to the said judgement by filing Notice of Appeal against the judgement. A copy of the Notice of Appeal is hereby attached and marked "Exhibit A".
• If this application is not granted the applicant will not be able to reap the fruit of his appeal if appeal succeeds.
• This application is necessary and it is in the interest of justice pending the determination of the appeal.
• I make this affidavit in good faith believing the contents to be true and correct and in accordance with the Oaths Act.
