• The 1st Defendant is a financial institution in Nigeria with its registered office at No. 2 Allen Avenue, Ikoyi, Lagos.
• The second Defendant a statutory body established by an Act of the National Assembly and the liquidator appointed to manage and windup the affairs of the 1st Defendant.
