AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF MOTION

I, Tijani Bello, Male, Christian, Nigerian Citizen, Businessman of No.2 Palmgroove Avenue, Yaba, Lagos do hereby make oath and state as follows:

• I am the 1st Claimant/Applicant in the suit herein by virtue of which I became conversant with the facts of this case.
• I brought this suit in a representative capacity to represent myself and the entire members of Balogun family in Eti Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State.
• I have the authority and consent of all the family members to depose to this affidavit on their behalf.
• I have the authority and consent to institute and prosecute this suit in a representative capacity emanated from the resolution of the entire family members.
• The entire family held a meeting on 10/12/2014 wherein it was unanimously agreed that the present matter be pursued and Mr Folu Balogun, Craig Balogun and myself were nominated as the representatives to bring the action in the name of the entire family.
