APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION

We are solicitors to the family of LATE ALHAJI MUSA EMEKA, who shall, in his letter, be referred to as our clients. On behalf of our clients, we humbly apply or letters of administration to be granted to Mrs. Tolu Emeka (the wife of lie deceased) and Audu Emeka (first son of the deceased) in respect of lie estate of LATE ALHAJI MUSA EMEKA.

LATE ALHAJI MUSA EMEKA, before his death, lived at No 2, xxxxxx, Ibadan, within the jurisdiction of the Court. He died on 14th February, 2020 without a Will. The following documents are attached:

1. Copy of the National Identity card of LATE ALHAJI MUSA EMEKA
2. His Death certificate
3. Identity cards of Mrs. Tolu Emeka and Audu Emeka.
