ARBITRATION CLAUSE

"All dispute, differences, questions which may at any time arise between the parties to this agreement or their respective representatives or assigns touching on or arising out or in respect of this agreement shall be referred to an arbitral panel in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 2004 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force."
