1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 My Lord, the Plaintiff by a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 10th October 2007 and filed on the 15th October, 2007, claims against the Defendant as follows:

• A Declaration that the refusal and or neglect by the Defendant to sell the Plaintiff's government 2 bedroom Government Allocated Quarters and known as Block B15 Owners Occupier FCDA Quarters, Kubwa FCT Abuja is wrongful illegal capricious and fraudulent.
• A Mandatory Order compelling the Defendants especially the 3rd Defendant to issue the Plaintiffs with all the title documents including Certificates of Occupancy relating to Block B900 Owners Occupier FCDA Quarters, Kubwa ECT Abuja, the Plaintiffs having paid the full purchase price for the property.
• An Order of perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, whether by themselves, their agents, assigns, cohort, servants or by whatever name called from evicting the Plaintiff from Block B900 Owners Occupier FCDA Quarters, Kubwa FCT Abuja or disturbing the Plaintiffs enjoyment, possession, title and dominion over the aforementioned property.
• An Order of Court compelling the defendants to hand over the excess payments made by the Plaintiffs for the purchase c' Block B900, Owners Occupier FCDA Quarters, Kubwa FCT Abuja which excess are outing as follows:
• N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) representing excess for expression of interest.
• N2,588,60000 (Two Million Five Hundred and Eighty Eight Thousand, Six Hundred Naira) representing excess of total value for Block 6900, Owners Occupier FCDA Quarters, Kubwa FCT Abuja.

5. General damages of 142,000,000.00 (Two Million Naira Only) for causing the Plaintiff untold hardship, refusal to offer the Plaintiffs place of abode for him to buy in conformity with the guidelines for monetization.
