• I APPOINT Akin Oludayo, Legal Practitioner of Obi & Co., Bwari additional executor of my will
• I amend clause 6 of my will to now read thus: "I give my Mercedes Benz 700 with Registration No. AbJ222 YAB to my Daughter and if it cannot be found at my death, the sum of 2.5 Million Naira should be given in replacement.
• I direct that my corpse shall be laid to rest in my newly built house situtate at Plot. 1 Odudu Crescent, GRA, Asaba.
