APPLICATION FOR RELIEFS FOR KENNYBABE NIGERIA LIMITED

We the Solicitor for KENNYBABE Nigeria Limited hereby apply for reliefs available to the company under the law.

Our Client is a Company limited by shares whose business object is the importation and sale of sugar in KENNYBABE village in Kano State.

TAKE NOTICE that two Aliens, Mr Ken Wood, an American and Richard Stone, a Briton, are participating by undertaking different values of share capital in the company. Mr Ken Wood would therefore be bringing ---------amount as loan from an American Bank in order to shore up the capital base of the company.

Flowing from the above, we therefore apply for the following reliefs:

1. Rural Investment Allowance under the Companies and Income Tax Act; 2. Repatriation of Capital on imported capital through authorized dealers; and

3. Reliefs of interest on foreign loans.
