EXTRACTS OF THE MINUTES OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF Meridian CHARITY

FOUNDATION HELD ON THE 1ST DAY OF OCTOBER 2015 AT THE ABOVE NAMED ADDRESS WHEREAT THE TRUSTEES WERE APPOINTED AND THE SPECIAL CLAUSE ADOPTED INTO THE CONSTITUTION.

COMMENCEMENT:

The meeting started at about 4.20pm with a short prayer said by the President.

READING OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES:

The Secretary read the Minutes of the previous meeting and in the absence of any amendment, the minutes was adopted.

The Appointment of Trustees and Adoption of the Special Clause Rule. The following members were unanimously appointed as trustees of Meridian CHARITY

At the end of the exercise, the President expressed his gratitude to member the organization, and assured them that He and His Go- Trustees will never let the House down.

ADOPTION OF THE SPECIAL CLAUSE:

The Secretary as mandated by the members of the foundation read and explained the meaning as well as the implication of the SPECIAL CLAUSE as part of the Rule governing the foundation; he further stressed that it is mandatory for the foundation to adopt the afore-said SPECIAL CLAUSE which should equally be passed as a motion before finally embodies into the Constitution. The clause was unanimously adopted into the constitution of Meridian CHARITY FOUNDATION
