Dear Sir,

CONFIRMATION OF INSTRUCTIONS TO RECOVER N1,350,000 AND TEN BUSES FROM KAT NIGERIA.

I, BukolaAdebalogun, the Managing Director of Royal Model Ltd hereby write to inform you that Fidelis Ade & Co has been appointed as Counsel, to act for and on behalf of Royal Model Ltd in respect of the partnership agreement between Royal Model Ltd and Kat Nigeria.

You are hereby authorized to recover 50% of N2.7Million which is our own share of the profit. You are also authorized to recover ten(10) buses from Kat Nigeria, out of the twenty (20) buses that both partiescontributed equally to carry out the partnership, which is to provide catering services for.

Note that your professional fee is N700,000.00, and this includes the cost of prosecuting this case.

Please find attached a copy of the Partnership agreement between Royal Model Ltd and Kat Nigeria as requested by you.
