Due to your failure and refusal to comply with our demands, you are hereby notified that in accordance with the partnership agreement, which provides that all dispute must first be brought before a panel of Chartered Arbitrators, we write to invite you for a meeting to explore the Alternative Dispute Resolution option agreed upon in the contract.
