We the subscribers to the memorandum and articles of association of the above named Company hereby consent to be and appoint ourselves to be its first directors in accordance with the provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990.

We have signed and delivered to the Registrar for registration our individual consent in writing to act as such director(s).

We have also signed the memorandum of association for a number of shares not less than our qualification, if any, or

• have taken from the company and paid or agreed to pay for our qualification shares, if any; or
• have signed and declared to the Registrar for registration an undertaking in writing to take from the company and pay for our qualification shares, if any; or Nomination
• have made and delivered to the Registrar for registration a statutory declaration to the effect that a number of shares, not less than their qualifications, if any, are registered in our names:
