TAKE NOTICE that this Honourable Court will be moved on the ______day of__________ 2015 at the hour of 9 O'clock in the forenoon or so soon thereafter as counsel may be heard on behalf of the Plaintiffs/Applicants for the following Orders:

• AN ORDER granting leave of court for the issuance of a Writ of Summons in this case for service on the Defendant at Plot 600, Asokoro, FCT, Abuja outside the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court.
• AN ORDER of Court appointing Express Mail Services (EMS) Courier

Service of the Nigerian Postal Service as a special bailiff for the purpose of effecting service of the Writ of Summon 3 and all other court processes in this suit on the Defendant at Plot 600, Asokoro, FCT, Abuja outside the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court.
