The learned trial Judge erred in law when he held that the prosecution has proved its case beyond reasonable doubt.

PARTICULARS

• The charge against the accused person was for drug trafficking which requires expert evidence.
• The prosecution did not adduce any expert evidence on whether the substances were in fact drugs.
