OATH OF ADMINISTRATION (WITHOUT WILL)

IN THE MATTER OF Okonkwo ABRAHAM (DECEASED)

I/We Okonkwo of No. 10 Meridian Tutorial Road, Surulere, Lagos. make oath and say that we shall faithfully administer the estate of Okonkwo Abraham (Late) of No. 1 Meridian Tutorial Road, Surulere, Lagos.

And that I/we am/are the Administrator of his estate

That 1/we will faithfully administer the personal property of the Deceased by paying N300,000.00 just debts and distributing the residue of his personal property according to law.

That 1/we will exhibit an inventory and render an account of my/our administration as lawfully required. That the Deceased died at No. 1 Meridian Tutorial Road, Surulere, Lagos, on the 1ST day of January, 2014.

That at the time of his death had fixed place of abode at within the jurisdiction of this Court.

And that the whole of his Personal property does not Amount in value to the sum of N10,000,000 (Ten Million) Naira

To the best of my/our knowledge, information and belief.
