PRE-ACTION NOTICE

We, the Solicitors of the above named address have been briefed by Dr. Tadejoko Okorie (Our Client).

We write to inform you that on the 1st of January, 2013 Our Client embarked on a journey to Abuja and was driving along Gwagwalada-Zuba Road but had an accident with one the driver of the Corporation (whose name is Igor Thomas). In the process, his Benz Car with Registration Number ABJ 111 BWR which he bought for N10,000,000.00 was damaged due to the negligence of you driver.

This letter is therefore important in compliance with pre-action notice requirement before instituting action against the corporation. Be informed also that we intend to take appropriate legal action on behalf of Our Client as soon as the period of ______ stipulate by the law establishing the Corporation expires.
