I, Amara Eze, Male, Accountant, Nigerian Citizen residing at No.4, Offah Street, Obalende, Lagos, do hereby make oath and state as follows:

• I am the Accountant of the defendant company by virtue of which I am conversant with the facts of this case.
• The defendant company entered into a Contract for the sale of the Claimant's plot of land situate at No. 7 Cedar Street, Lagos Island, Lagos.
• On the 7th day of January, 2013 I, on the authority of the board of directors paid in the sum of N9,000,000.00 (Nine Million Naira) into the Diamond bank account provided by the claimant to the company.
• Upon confirming the account number and payment was effected, I was issued a bank teller.
• I will rely on the bank teller, letters of payment served on the claimant by the company secretary.
• I make this statement on oath believing its contents to be true and correct and in accordance with the Oaths Act.
