5. (1) Every person in Nigeria by whom or to whose order (whether directly or indirectly) any

26. Any provision of this Act imposing an obligation or prohibition shall have effect subject
28. (1) It shall be an implied condition in any contract that where by virtue of this Act the

31. (1) The Minister may by order make such transitional provisions as appear to him necessary
32. (1) Any permission, consent or authority granted by the Minister under this Act-
33. (b) may be revoked or varied by subsequent directions; and
