Establishment of Federal University of Transportation, Daura

(1) There is established the Federal University of Transportation, Daura, Katsina State (in this Act referred to as “the University”).

(2) The University –

(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal;

(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name; and
