As from the commencement of this Act, the Specialist Hospital Irrua, Okpebho Local

2. Board of management of the hospital

There shall be established for the management of the hospital, a board of management

referred to as “the Board”) which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and

a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name and may, for and in con-

The composition, functions and powers of the Board established under section 2 of

this Act shall be as provided for in the University Teaching Hospitals (Reconstitution of
