Establishment of the National Agricultural Land Development Authority

There is hereby established in the Presidency an authority to be known as the National

Agricultural Land Development Authority (in this Act referred to as “the Authority”)

which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may

sue and be sued in its corporate name.

Membership of the Governing Board

vested in a Governing Board (in this Act referred to as “the Board”) which shall consist

of a chairman and the following other members, that is-

rotation;

proceedings of the Board and the other matters contained therein.

Objects of the Authority

Subject to this Act, the objectives of the Authority shall be to-
