Supplementary provisions relating to the Board
An Act to establish the National Business and Technical Examinations Board to
have responsibility for the general control of the conduct of technical and busi-
ness examinations hitherto conducted by the Royal Society of Arts of London
City and Guilds of London and the West African Examinations Council and
matters connected therewith.

Establishment of the National Business and Technical Examinations Board
There is hereby established a body to be known as the National Business and Techni-
cal Examinations Board (in this Act referred to as “the Board”) which shall be a body
corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its
corporate name.
