PART I - Establishment and Governing Board of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps
1. Establishment of theNigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps
members as may, from time to time, be recruited under the provisions of this Act.
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal;
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name; and
