On The Endorsement Of An Address For Service On A Process Before Filing
The law is very clear that where any notice or any other process is required to have an address for service endorsed on, it shall not be deemed to have been properly filed unless such address has been endorsed on it. See Order 2 Rule 1 (2) of the Supreme Court Rules 2014 (as amended).
