On What Happens Where A Yearly Tenant Holds Over In A Situation Where A Statutory Tenancy Is Implied
I believe it is the law that where a yearly tenant holds over where a statutory yearly tenancy is implied, the tenancy will be subject to such terms and conditions as are not inconsistent with yearly tenancy.
