Are jointly and severally bound unto The Administration Bond of the Probate Registrar of the High Court of Justice of Lagos State of Nigeria to the sum of N500,000.00 to be paid to the said _______________Of the Probate Registrar of the said High Court for the time being, for which payment 1/We and myself/ourselves and each of us, for himself/herself, in the whole, our and each of our heirs, executors, and administrators, firmly by these presents.

The condition of the above written obligation is such that we, the abovenamed Administrators of the proposed of the real and personal property/properties of Okonkwo ABRAHAM (Deceased) late of No. 1

Who died on the 1st Day of January, 2014

Do make a true and perfect inventory of the real and personal property/properties of the Deceased/Testator which has/have or shall come into Our Possession or into the possession of any person for_____________ and the same so made to exhibit in the High Court of Justice of Lagos State of Nigeria as required by law so to do and the same real and personal property/properties and all other real and personal property/properties of the Deceased which shall at any time after the making of an exhibition of such inventor) come into the possession of the said ______________and or any person for____________________________

Do well and truly administer according to law (that is to say) do pay all debts which the Deceased owed at the time of His Death and all the residue of the said real and personal property/properties to deliver and pay to such person or persons as shall be entitled thereto according to law and further do make a true and just account of THIS administration as lawfully required and in case it shall hereafter appear that any WILL was made by the Deceased and executor/executors or other persons wherein named, do exhibit the same for probate, then if the said Executor being thereunto required, do duly render and deliver up the Letters of Administration granted to Probate then this obligation shall be void otherwise shall remain in full force
