IN THE MATTER OF ESTATE OF Okonkwo ABRAHAM (DECEASED)

I Okonkwo of No. 10 Meridian Tutorial Centre Road, Surulere, Lagos make oath and say that I believe the paper writing hereto annexed and marked by ME as Exhibit B to contain the true and original last Will Okonkwo ABRAHAM of No. 1 Meridian Tutorial Centre Road, Surulere, Lagos Deceased, and that Okonkwo the executor therein named, and that ________________________will faithfully administer the real and personal property of the Testator Okonkwo ABRAHAM by paying ____________ just debts and the legacies given by Will so far as His real and personal property shall extend and the la binds.

That His Will exhibit an inventory and render an account ___________ executorships as lawfully required.

That the Testator (Deceased) died at at Surulere, Lagos on the 1st Day of January, 2014

That at the time of His death the Deceased had Permanent Fixed place of abode at No. 1 Meridian Tutorial Centre Road, Surulere, Lagos within the jurisdiction of this Court.

And that the whole of His Personal property does not

Amount in value to the sum N5,000,000.00 (Five Million Naira) of to the best of knowledge, information and belief.
