AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF GARNISHEE APPLICATION

I, Segun Cole, female, Christian, Adult, Businesswoman and Nigerian Citizen of No. 8 Odope Street, Abuja, do hereby make oath and state as follows:

• I am a Director working with the Judgement Creditor/Applicant and by virtue of this position I am conversant with the facts of this case.
• On the ………. day of ……………2013, final judgement was entered in favour of the Judgement Creditor Applicant against the Judgement Debtor for the sum of N1.7 million.
• The judgement has remained unsatisfied till date.
• The Judgement Debtor has the sum of N5million in his Account No with Zerox Bank PLC at Wuse Branch of the Garnishee.
• The above sum is more than sufficient to satisfy the judgement debt.
• I verily believe that it is in the interest of justice that the amount of N5million out of the sum standing to the credit of the judgement debtor as stated in paragraph

4 above be attached to satisfy the judgement in my favour.
