I, Bisi Adeyemi, Male, Christian, Adult, Businesswoman, and Nigerian Citizen of No. 18 Obaju Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja, do hereby make oath and states as follows:

• I am a Director working with the Garnishee and by virtue of this position
• I am conversant with the facts of this case.
• I have the authority of the Garnishee to depose to this affidavit.
• Upon the service of the garnishee order nisi issued by this Honourable Court on the garnishee, the Garnishee went through its records and has confirmed that the judgement debtor has the sum of N5million in its account with the Garnishee.
• The Garnishee is prepared and willing to abide by the garnishee order made by this Honourable Court.
• I depose to this affidavit in good faith believing the facts to be true according to the Oaths Act.
