I, CHIEF Okonkwo, Male, Christian, Nigerian citizen, of Plot 170, Dawaki Ext. Abuja, make oath and say as follows:

1, I am a Creditor of Mak Vuiton Limited, the petitioner in the above matter.

• I have been concerned in this matter in such capacity and am duly authorized by the said petitioner to make this affidavit on its behalf.
• Such of the statements in the petition now produced and shown to me marked with the letter. A as relate to the acts and deeds of the said petitioner are true, and such of the statements as relate to the acts and deeds of any other person(s), I believe to be true.
• The document now shown to me and marked exhibit A is a true photocopy of the invoice referred to, in paragraph 5 of the petition.
• I make this statement in good faith and conscientiously in accordance with the Oath Act.
