APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION

We are solicitors to the family of LATE CHIEF ABRAHAM BAJOWA, who shall, in his letter, be referred to as our clients. On behalf of our clients, we humbly apply or letters of administration to be granted to Mrs. Funke Bajowa (the wife of lie deceased) and Lekan Bajowa (first son of the deceased) in respect of lie estate of LATE CHIEF ABRAHAM BAJOWA.

LATE CHIEF ABRAHAM BAJOWA, before his death, lived at No 14, Mushin Street, Akure, within the jurisdiction of the Court. He died on 25th January, 2015 without a Will. The following documents are attached:

• Copy of the National Identity card of LATE CHIEF ABRAHAM BAJOWA
• His Death certificate
• Identity cards of Mrs. Funke Bajowa and Lekan Bajowa.
