Whereas Chief Adekolu Ija(Late) of No. 2 Meridian Way, Idi Araba, Oba Akoko deceased, died on the 12th day of JANUARY 2015 at Oba Akoko intestate, having had the time of His death ……………………….fixed place of abode at Oba Akoko within Jurisdiction of this court:

And whereas I, Okonkwo Adebayo Okonkwo of No.1 Meridian Cresent, Akure, Administration of estate of the deceased.

Now I, the said Okonkwo Adebayo Okonkwo do hereby declare at I have not intermeddled in the personal property of the deceased: and further I do hereby expressly renounce all right to administration thereof.
