I wish to apply for the bail of Ipo Sule and Buragbo Ibrahim who were arrested for an alleged offence of stealing on 23rd February, 2012 at the hour of 7pm and has since been in your custody.
I therefore want to stand as surety on their behalf believing that they would show up at their trial and when called upon for any interrogation whatsoever.
