At the Board meeting of Gold Palm Limited held on June, 2013, the company passed a resolution to allow the 1st Director to change his signature.

We write , on behalf of the Company to apply that the 1st Director be permitted to change his signature as now reflected hereunder.

In fact, the new signature has inadvertently been used in an earlier FORM CAC 7 filed with your office on 21st July, 2013, a copy of which is attached hereto as annexure „A‟ for ease of reference.
