NOTICE OF OWNER'S INTENTION TO APPLY TO RECOVER POSSESSION

We Act as Solicitors to Mr. Joseph Olumide of Plot 502, Block XXX, Anisulowo Estate, Akure (Your Landlord) and on his behalf give you Notice that unless peaceable possession of the apartment occupied by you at the above-mentioned address be given to the said Landlord on or before the expiration of SEVEN (7) DAYS after the service of this Notice on you, we shall apply to the appropriate tribunal within the District of Akure to issue a Warrant directing the appropriate person to enter and take possession of the said apartment and eject any persons therefrom.

This is sequel to the Notice to Quit dated 25th May, 2012.

TAKE NOTICE that all arrears of rent (if any) and outstanding electricity bills (if any ) be paid and the keys to the said apartment be delivered to the said Landlord, his agent or this Chambers on or before the expiration of the said SEVEN (7) DAYS.

You are therefore enjoined to comply strictly with the above in your own interest.
