- The Plaintiff is entitled to the possession of the Two Bedroom Flat with the premises situate at No. 10 Katagum Street, Wuse, in the city of Abuja which were let by the plaintiff to the defendant from year to year under the rent.
- The said tenancy was determined by notice to quit, given by the plaintiff on 17th day of September 2005.
- The plaintiff did served on the defendant a notice in writing of his intention to apply to recover possession of the said premises by personal service through the plaintiff.
- Notwithstanding the said notice the said defendant refused to deliver up possession of the premises, and still detain the same.
- The plaintiff therefore claims as follows:
- Possession of the named property and its premises.
- Arrears of Rent
- Mesne Profit
- General Damages
