I, Yusuf Garba, male, politician, Nigerian citizen residing at No.13 Leeds Avenue, Gwarinpa, Abuja, do hereby make oath and state as follows:

• I am the Chairman of the Masses Democratic Movement by virtue of which I am conversant with the facts stated in this oath.
• The Petitioner was duly elected as the party's flag bearer at the Presidential election held on the 14th day of February, 2015.
• I received reports from the zonal representatives of the party during the election of the various discrepancies stated in the petition to this tribunal. 4. I will rely on the reports provided by the said zonal representatives.

5. I make this statement on oath believing its content to be true and correct and in accordance with the Oaths Act.
