FOREIGN EXCHANGE INVESTMENT AGREEMENT

This FOREIGN EXCHANGE (FOREX) INVESTMENT AGREEMENT is made this_________day of ______ 20________BETWEEN _______ a _________ duly incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act with its registered office address at_________(hereinafter referred to as "The Entrepreneur") which expression shall where the contexts so permits include its principals, successors-in-title, representatives and assigns of the first part.

AND _______ of _________(hereinafter referred to as "The Investor") which expression shall where the contexts so permits include its principals, successors-in-title, representatives and assigns of the second part.

WHEREAS :

1) "The Entrepreneur" runs a Foreign Exchange (Forex) Business and duly permitted to engage in over-the-counter trading, purchase and sales of foreign currencies.

2) "The Investor" assures that he has the capital for the purpose of trading in Foreign Exchange Investment and is willing to invest in the business of the Entrepreneur, having been fully informed of the attendant risks associated with such investments.

3) The Entrepreneur and Investor hereby agree to this Agreement subject to the terms, conditions and fee arrangement hereinafter set forth.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

CONSIDERATION:

In consideration of the foregoing Agreement, the Investor shall pay the sum of N _______ to the Entrepreneur, the receipt of which the Entrepreneur shall acknowledge.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING :

The Entrepreneur understands that the Investor shall deposit the sum of N ________ on a _______ basis into its account with the Entrepreneur which the Entrepreneur shall use for the following area of Investment:

4. And for any other thing necessary and incidental to any of the above.

Should the Entrepreneur intend to expend money on any other venture not listed above, the expenses shall be subject to the approval of the Investor before funding can be allocated for such.

TRADING STRATEGY :

The Entrepreneur shall majorly develop trading strategy for the growth of the Investment in compliance with acceptable standards and overall best judgment subject to the approval of the Investor.
